The agent told Calcio Mercato: “I know nothing of Milan’s interest in Arda. At the moment I can only say that he wants to remain with Barcelona. I don’t know, however, what could happen during the transfer window.”Turan is reported to be happy at the club but there are conflicting reports regarding whether Barca are set on keeping him.

Speaking to Emre Sarigul of Turkish-football.com [via the Guardian], Bulut said: “The interest [in Arda] is normal but the rumours saying he is leaving Barcelona are false, he is happy at the club.”

Barca are reported to be open to offers that meet their £20 million valuation according to the Sun.

Per the source, Chelsea are also plotting a move for the Turkish international midfielder.

The 29-year-old is currently in Spain having been called back a week earlier than his teammates.

Turan has been recalled to training earlier than expected and will have to prove himself to the technical committee and head coach Luis Enrique over the pre-season period.

The bearded midfielder does have another four-years remanning on his current deal and only joined the La Liga champions from Atletico Madrid last season.
