Akhisar boss Roberto Carlos disappointed with finishing in 12th place

Akhisar manager Roberto Carlos has revealed that he is disappointed with his side finishing the league in 12th place.

Carlos was appointed Akhisar manager in December and took the team out of the relegation zone into league safety but the former World Cup winner believes his side could have done better.

“I am not pleased with finishing 12th, it does not suit us to finish the league in this position, we have to do better,” Carlos was quoted as saying by Eurosport TR.

“If Fenerbahçe do not win the league there is going to be change, I have a few offers on the table, lets see what happens at the end of the season, I got Sivasspor into fourth place and want to finish the league as strong as possible with Akhisar,” Carlos recently told Eurosport TR.

The former World Cup winner won the Super Cup twice playing for the Yellow Canaries.
