'All-action' Liverpool star Emre Can man of the match verses Crystal Palace

Emre Can was one of the star’s of the show during Liverpool’s 2-1 victory over Crystal Palace in the Premier League yesterday afternoon.

The 22-year-old received a rating of 8.2 by WhoScored and was selected as the man of the match.

Can made four tackles, two interceptions and one clearance. The Germany international also made five successful dribbles and delivered one key pass.

Liverpool sent out a tweet on their official twitter page praising the ‘all-action’ midfielder.

Joe Ledley gave the home side the lead just after half-time and Liverpool looked down and out when James Milner got himself sent off for a second bookable offence on 62 minutes.

Liverpool did however, get themselves back into the game against the run of play when Firminho made the most of a dreadful goalkeeping error from McCarthy to equalise.

The game looked destined for a draw until Benteke scored in the fifth minute of additional time to wrap up a dramatic comeback.
