Altinordu find themselves at the bottom of the group with four points from seven games but can move into second place with a win.
Fenerbahce manager Ismail Kartal had been giving some of the youth players a chance in the cup however, is expected to opt for a full strength line-up to ready his side ahead of the second half of the Super league.
