Antalyaspor President Gültekin Gencer has stated that his club will sign Samuel Eto’o, Ronaldinho or Ibrahim Afellay within the next ten days.
“We want to sign one of these three players within the next ten days,” Gencer was quoted as saying by NTVSpor.
“Antalyaspor can make this transfer through the aid of sponsors and we aim to raise further funds through season tickets and shirt sales.”
Ronaldinho currently plays for the Mexican side Querétaro. Queretaro manager Victor Manuel Vucetich stated that the Mexican side is planning to offload former Barcelona man. The 34-year-old has endured a turbulent season and has recently lost his place in the starting line-up.

Eto’o has three years remaining on his contract with Sampdoria but looks set to leave this summer after falling out with club President Massimo Ferrero.
Afellay’s contract with Barcelona expires at the end of the month. The Netherlands international spent the season on loan at Olympiacos.
