Atletico Madrid midfielder Arda Turan has congratulated Galatasaray on their 20th league title.
The 28-year-old was in Istanbul yesterday to support his former side in their 2-0 victory over Besiktas.
Arda posted a picture of the Galatasaray team on Twitter along with the following caption, “The first team to get the fourth star in the history of Turkish football!”

Galatasaray were crowned Süper Lig champions for a record 20th time after rivals Fenerbahçe were held to a 2-2 draw in a heated derby game against Başakşehir at the Fatih Terim stadium.
The 2-2 draw left the Lions with an unassailable five-point lead over second placed Fenerbahçe with one match to play.
Arda became the first Turkish born player to win the La Liga as Atleti won their first league title since 1996 last season.
