Barcelona star Arda Turan has already stated that teammate Andres Iniesta is his footballing idol that Messi is a gift from the heavens and he has now revealed that Neymar will follow in the footsteps of the Argentinian.
“When you play with Messi, it’s another type of football. Neymar’s getting there, too, he will be the next ‘Messi’,” Turan said on the Que t’hi jueges! show on Radio station Cadena Ser.
Turan often sends messages on social media to Neymar and Dany Alves – how they communicate we have no idea as the bearded winger doesn’t speak Portuguese or Spanish and as far as we know Neymar does speak Turkish.

Turan and Neymar do seem to have developed a pretty close bond in fact the bearded winger seems to be getting on with pretty much everybody and has established himself as a fan favourite since making his debut a fortnight ago against Espanyol.
Barcelona have won all five games in which Turan has featured since the 4-1 victory he starred in against rivals Espanyol in the Spanish Cup Last 16 first-leg tie.
The reigning La Liga champions beat Athletic Bilbao 2-1 at the San Mames yesterday with Turan playing a key role in the opening goal against Los Leones.
