The reigning Champions League title holders will defend their trophy against BATE and are currently first in Group B.
Turan will not be able to play due to serving a FIFA transfer ban which means he will be out until January. The bearded winger could however, play sooner if the Spanish Football Federation grant Barcelona special permission.
The Turkish interatnional joined Barcelona on a five-year deal from Atletico Madrid over the summer transfer window but has been unable to make his debut yet.
Turan was however, part of the Turkish national team side that booked a place in Euro 2016 following victories over the Czech Republic and Iceland last week.
Turkey had a 2.7 percent chance of direct qualification to the tournament going into the Czech game but managed to defy the odds and secure a place in the European Championship.
Turan was able to play in the qualification games as the FIFA ban does not apply to international games.
