Arsenal v Lyon: Probable starting line-up’s – Ozil set to start in Emirates Cup

Arsenal take on French giants Lyon in the opening Emirates Cup game at their home stadium in north London.

Gunners star Mesut Özil is expected to start as Arsenal prepare to mount their defence of the friendly football tournament title.

Arsenal were runners-up in last years competition but Özil made it clear that he expects the team to win the trophy this time around.

The Germany international took to Twitter yesterday, “Thx to the Afc staff for preparing the green for the @emirates ! It looks like it’s been cut to perfection with a nail.”

Arsenal will be without Danny Welbeck due to injury while Alexis Sanchez and David Ospina are both out due to extended leave following the Copa America.
