Arsenal playmaker Mesut Ozil has stated that he has turned his attention towards Wednesday’s clash with QPR after enjoying a days rest.
Ozil stared in Arsenal’s 2-0 victory over Everton, providing assists for both Olivier Giroud’s and Tomas Rosicky.
The German international posted a picture from the weekends game along with the caption, “After yesterday’s victory… catching a few breaths today and tomorrow before the #bpl continues again for us on Wednesday!”
The 26-year-old has five assists in his last five league games – one against Aston Villa, two against Leicester City and two against Everton.
Arsenal have also won in every league game the World Cup winner has provided an assist this season.
The 26-year-old has a total of four goals and seven assists in 18 appearances for Arsenal this season.
