Arsenal asks fans to recreate Mesut Ozil's Celebration

Arsenal have asked their fans to send pictures in to their official Twitter page of Mesut Ozil’s goal celebration.

Ozil celebrated his goal in the Gunners’ win over Bournemouth last weekend by sucking on his thumb and holding out three fingers.

The North London based club have asked fans to replicate the celebration for a chance to make the front cover of the next match day programme.

Ozil recently revealed the meaning behind his ‘m’ sign goal celebration during a question & answers session on Twitter. The 27-year-old told his fans that the celebration is for his younger niece Mira.

The former Real Madrid playmaker has been in impressive form this season with six goals in all competitions as well as 16 assists in the Premier League.

Arsenal are currently joint second in the Premier League with rivals Tottenham. The London based side is five points behind leaders Leicester City.
