The 28-year-old kept shut out the opposition a total of 11 times and kept five consecutive clean sheets – all of which ended in victories – at the most critical stage in the season helping the Lions lift the league title for a record 20th time.

Manchester United are also preparing a move for Muslera according to Radyospor.

Muslera has also stated that he has always dreamed of playing in the Premier League.

“The Premier League is my childhood dream. It’s every players dream to play at a top club in England one day, however, that’s up to my club.” Muslera was quoted as saying by NBCsport.
