Arsenal have not won the league since 2003-04 but Mesut Özil believes the Gunners can win the Premier League next season.
The 26-year-old stated that a string of bad injuries hindered the North London based club this season. Özil also went onto say that he believes Arsenal can go beyond the Last 16 next season in the UEFA Champions League.
“We had bad luck with injuries this season. But next season we can win the Premier League and go further in the Champions League,” Özil told Kicker.

Arsenal finished the 2014-15 season in third place with 75 points in 38 games.
The Gunners have been knocked out in the Round of 16 for the last five seasons. The North London based side were eliminated by Monaco last season after losing by a 3-1 scoreline at home.
The World Cup winner has won two Vitality Arsenal Player of the Month and a PFA Fans Player of the Month award since the turn of the year.
Özil provided nine assists and five goals in 32 appearances for Arsenal in all competitions this season.
