Arsenal & Chelsea join race for €40m wonder-kid targeted by Red Devils

Tottenham target Bruma Man United transfer news Man United scout

Arsenal and Chelsea have joined the race for Galatasaray star Bruma according to Portuguese newspaper A Bola.

Football journalist Kristian Sturt tweeted that the London based clubs are both interested in the 21-year-old winger – using A Bola as his source.

The latest transfer speculation comes amid a source close to the player informing Turkish-football.com that Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester United, Tottenham and West Ham are all scouting Bruma.

The clubs mentioned above will be keeping tabs on Bruma during the Istanbul derby against reigning league champions Besiktas on Saturday.

Bruma currently has two-year left on his contract but Galatasaray are in talks over extending his deal to 2020 and including a release clause option that will match their €40 million valuation.

The 21-year-old joined Galatasaray from Sporting Lisbon as a highly rated youngster back in 2014 but his development was held back a series of injuries.

Bruma was loaned out to Real Sociedad last season but managed to win over Galatasaray head coach Jan Olde Riekerink over the pre-season and has established himself as a star playing in the new look Lions team.
