Mesut Özil is by far the most popular Arsenal player in terms of social media.
The record breaking Arsenal signing has 9 million Twitter followers and almost 28 million Facebook likes.
Özil also has a staggering 2.2 million Instagram followers but wants more.
The 26-year-old shared an Instagram image holding up a sign reading, “Hi fans follow me on Instagram.”
Özil has been in impressive form for the Gunners following his return from injury which forced him onto the sidelines for three months.
The 26-year-old has played five games since returning from a a knee injury he sustained last October.
