Mesut Ozil was Arsenal’s man of the match during the Gunner’s 2-1 victory over Mesut Ozil in the Premier League.
The win put Arsenal four points ahead of City in the league and just two points behind leaders Leicester City.
The 27-year-old appears to have earned him a pre-Christmas mini break.
Ozil uploaded a picture of himself sunbathing along with the caption, “M1O #sun #relax #peace.”
Ozil does however, have a remarkable assist record which is the best in Europe’s top five leagues including England, Spain, Germany, France and Italy.
The 27-year-old has been in sensational form this season and has won back-to-back Vitality Arsenal Play of the Month awards over the last two months.
Özil setup both goals in the 2-1 victory over City last weekend and is almost certain to start against Southampton at the St Mary’s Stadium on Boxing day.
