Arsenal star Mesut Özil has taken to Instagram to remind his teammate Kieran Gibbs about this summer’s holiday in Los Angeles.
The 26-year-old posted a picture of himself and Gibbs pulling the ‘LA‘ pose on Instagram along with the caption, “LA @kierangibbs #bro #ozil #özil.”
Özil spent the summer break in Los Angeles along with Gibbs before returning for pre-season training.
The Germany international has recently been linked with a move to the Serie A champions Juventus by the Italian sports paper Tuttomercato. However the Gunners boss Arsene Wenger has played down any talks of Özil’s exit from the club.
Özil scored in the 3-1 win over Everton in-front of a packed Singapore Sports Hub on Saturday to win the Asia Trophy final. The Arsenal playmaker is currently on a short break in Istanbul.
The World Cup winner provided nine assists and five goals in 32 appearances for Arsenal in all competitions last season.
