Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere has stated that Mesut Özil has had a great season and he also revealed that he believes the 26-year-old is world class.
Wilshere also praised Chilean international and fellow Arsenal teammate Alexis Sanchez.
“We’ve got players who can hurt teams with Alexis and Ozil, world-class players we’ve added in the last two seasons,” Wilshere told the official Arsenal website.
“Özil has had a great season, he’s settled, and Alexis having a first season like he’s had is unheard of, so we are looking forward to next season.”

Özil and Sanchez both started in the 4-0 FA Cup final win over Aston Villa on the weekend. The cup was Sanchez’s first in an Arsenal jersey but a second for Özil who lifted the trophy for the second season.
The World Cup winner travelled to Germany to meet his family shortly after the FA Cup celebrations.
Wilshere made a brief appearance in the final coming on as a second half substitute.
In the Premier League Arsenal finished in third place and booked a place in the Champions League group stages next season.
The Arsenal players will enjoy a brief holiday before returning for pre-season training.
