The French midfielder was seen to be in deep conversation with the World Cup winning playmaker.
Mesut Özil and Flamini have one of the closest relationships in the Premier League. Arsenal teammate Theo Walcott described the bromance as being by far the tightest in the Gunners team – a relationship that was a term among the squad ‘Flamzil”.
“They go to the gym together, have massaged together I wouldn’t be surprised if they even share a house together,” Walcott said.
Özil posted five pictures on his Instagram account posing with the Frenchman on his Instagram in the month of April alone including a black and white pic in a swimming pool together.
The 27-year-old has 16 assists in the Premier League this season and is just four assists away from matching Henry’s record record tally of 20.
Ozil is expected to be rested for today’s game in time for next week’s clash with Southampton in the Premier League.
