Arsenal take on last season’s Premier League champions Chelsea in the FA Community Shield at Wembley.

Gunners star Mesut Özil is expected to start as Arsenal prepare to build on an impressive pre-season.

Arsenal recorded an emphatic 6-0 victory over Lyon with goals coming from Giroud, Oxlade Chamberlain, Iwobi, Ramsey, Cazorla and Özil.

The Gunners will be without Danny Welbeck due to injury while Alexis Sanchez and David Ospina are both out due to extended leave following the Copa America.

Today’s encounter comes 64 days after Arsenal ended the 2014-15 seasons with a 4-0 win over Aston Villa in the FA Cup final.

Petr Cech is expected to make his debut for the North London based side against his former side Chelsea where he spent 11 seasons,
