Arsenal take on Reading in the FA Cup semi-final at the Wembley stadium hoping to defend the title.
The Gunners won the FA Cup last season ending a nine year silverware drought.
Mesut Özil is expected to start for Arsenal, the North London based side have won 13 out of 15 games in which the 26-year-old has featured.
Turkish international Jem Karacan could get the nod for Reading after recently returning to first-team football.
Karacan made his first senior start for 570 days on the weekend in the goalless draw against Blackburn Rovers in the Championship.
Arsenal have won their last three games against Reading but Karacan believes his side can pull of an upset.
“We want to go out there and shock a few people and there’s no reason why we can’t,” Karacan told Getreading.
