Arsenal’s Mesut Ozil has taken to twitter to express his delight following his sides 2-1 victory against Crystal Palace in the Premier League.
The 26-year-old played 76 minutes in the game and was taken off and replaced by Tomas Rosicky.
Ozil posted a picture of himself and teammates in the changing rooms along with the caption “Five wins out of the last six bpl matches. I guess that’s quite an impressive result! ;-).”
The World Cup winner has scored twice and has provided three assists in his last four league games since fully recovering from injury.
Özil has made 15 appearances in all competitions for the Gunners this season.
The North London based club moved into 3rd in the Premier League following their win over Crystal Palace.
Arsenal could however, move back into 4th place if Southampton win against Liverpool on Sunday 22 February.
