Arsenal’s Mesut Ozil is in a relaxed mood ahead of Germahy’s Euro 2016 quarter-finals clash with Italy this week.

The 27-year-old has taken a day out to rest following his sides convincing 3-0 win over Slovakia last weekend.

Ozil uploaded a picture of himself on his official Instagram account along with the caption, “Recharging our batteries for the upcoming big match on Saturday.”

Germany are unbeaten in Euro 2016 so far after defeating Ukraine, Northern Island and drawing with Poland during the group stage.

Arsenal’s star playmaker has provided one assist in four games for Germany so far in Euro 2016 but could have had a few more had his team-mates been less profligate against Northern Ireland in their final group game.

Ozil is once again expected to start for Germany when they take on the Italian national team.
