Atletico Madrid join Man United in the race for Portugal international

Atletico Madrid and Everton are in a race with Manchester United to sign Luis Nani from Fenerbahce this summer.

The Turkish sports newspaper Fanatik has claimed that Atleti are keen on signing Nani. The report goes onto state that Everton, who are looking to revise their squad for a top six push next season are also interested in acquiring the Portugal international’s services.

However, one of Turkey’s largest media outlets DHA has claimed that Manchester United have agreed personal terms with Nani. DHA go onto state that United are yet to agree upon a fee for the 29-year-old who they parted ways with last season.

Despite having an impressive debut season in Turkey there have been reports that Nani is not on the best of terms with Fenerbahce manager Vitor Pereira.

The experienced winger is currently on international duty with the Portugal national team ahead of Euro 2016 in France.
