The report claims that Atleti have had a €5 million bid rejected by the Yellow Canaries.

Potuk first made a name for himself at Eskişehirspor and made his debut for the club in 2009.

Potuk was part of the Yellow Canaries side that won the Süper Lig and the Super Cup last season.

The Turkish international has two goals in a total of 38 appearances for Fenerbahçe since joining.

The Canaries sit at the top of the league with 42 points in 18 games, one point ahead of Beşiktaş and three points in-front of Galatasaray.

Fenerbahçe take on rivals Trabzonspor at the Şükrü Saracoğlu stadium on the weekend.
