Barcelona can repeat the treble says Arda Turan

Atletico Madrid v Barcelona

Barcelona are on course to winning a historic treble having already booked a place in the Spanish Cup final moved six points clear in La Liga and beating Arsenal 2-0 at the Emirates in the Champions League Last 16 first-leg tie.

Barca would become the first side to have ever won the Champions League back-to-back if they do go onto lift the trophy at the end of the season.

Arda Turan believes his side do have what it takes to make history and lift all three trophies.

Turan told Mundo Deportivo in a recent interview: “I am very happy, very happy, I’m on a winning team and hopefully this year we can repeat the treble, so I will be much happier.”

Turan had to wait six-months to make his debut after joining Barcelona from Atletico Madrid over the summer due to the FIFA transfer ban.

The bearded winger has made 12 appearances since with Barca winning every single game he has featured in.

Turan has however, yet to make his Champions League debut for the club after missing the first-leg tie against Arsenal due to suspension.

The Turkish international star will however, be available for the return-leg at the Camp Nou.
