Barcelona team news

Barcelona have been unstoppable recently scoring 12 goals in their last two games in all competitions.

Barca star Arda Turan revealed in a recent interview with NTV Spor that the reigning La Liga champions are capable of beating every team in the world and that on their day they are unstoppable.

Turan also revealed that while he enjoys derby games against Real Madrid he would like to play against Manchester United as he believes it would be an exciting game.

The Turkish international midfielder will however, have to wait until at least another season to face United as they will feature in the Europa League this season – unless of course Barca finish their Champions League group in third place.

“At our best we are unstoppable, there is nobody that can beat us,” Turan said.

“We can beat Real Madrid at home and those games are exciting but I would love to face Manchester United as I think it would make for a great encounter to play giants of European football.”

Turan has got off to a great start to the season and has three goals as well as three assists in all competitions.

In other Barcelona team news head coach Luis Enrique has already started 23 different players this season as he continues to give everyone a chance.

Messi and Sergio Busquets have started the most games, with six each. Suárez, Piqué, Rakitic and Umtiti have started five games each, followed by Denis, Mascherano, Jordi Alba and Sergi Roberto with four.

The reigning Spanish champions are currently second in the league table three points behind leaders Real Madrid.
