The Black Eagles issued a similar statement denying making an offer for the Czech Republic international last week.

Beşiktaş have been linked with Cech over the past few months and were reported to have made an enquiry for the experienced keeper over the winter transfer window.

The Black Eagles are in the market for a new goalkeeper following high profile mistakes from their current number one, Tolga Zengin.

The Black Eagles are currently playing their third choice keeper in goal following injuries to Zengin and Cenk Gönen.

Beşiktaş are currently second in the Süper Lig, just one point behind league leaders Galatasaray.

The Eagles will take on Başakşehir in the mini Istanbul derby after the international break.
