Beşiktaş reach agreement with Chelsea over Mario Pasalic [divider]
Beşiktaş have reached an agreement with Chelsea over Mario Pasalic according to former general manager Sinan Engin.
Engin – currently a football pundit on Beyaz Futbol – revealed that Beşiktaş had agreed terms with the Blues over a move for the 19-year-old midfielder.
Pasalic is currently on loan at Elche and has made 11 appearances for the La Liga outfit.
Beşiktaş are yet to release a statement regarding talks with Chelsea over Pasalic.
The young Croatian midfielder joined Chelsea on a £2.5 million move this summer.
The Black Eagles have been working closely with Chelsea since reaching an agreement for co-operationg between the first teams, academies, training support and joint scouting projects.
Beşiktaş president Fikret Orman also recently confirmed that they were working with Chelsea to sign a player.
“We are working together with Chelsea to sign a player,” Orman said.
Beşiktaş have also been closely linked with Blues defender Kurt Zouma.
