Beşiktaş president Fikret Orman underlined that his side have the capability to win the league title.
Orman pointed out that a side capable of beating Liverpool has enough quality to win the league.
“To be honest it is a major achievement to even get to this stage,” Orman said in an interview with Beşiktaş Magazine.
“A team with the quality to beat Liverpool and knock them out of the Europa League is definitely capable of winning the league title.”

Beşiktaş knocked Liverpool out of the Europa League Round of 32 but were later eliminated from the competition by Club Brugge in the Last 16.
The Black Eagles are currently second in the Süper Lig, just one point behind league leaders Galatasaray.
The Turkish giants will take on Istanbul minnows Başakşehir next in the Süper Lig.
Başakşehir are currently fourth in the league and are undefeated in their last five games.
The Istanbul based side are 11 points behind Beşiktaş and have the best defensive record in the league this season.
Beşiktaş will lift the league title for the 14th time if they end up winning the championship this season.
