“He’s a good player who isn’t playing all the time, so it’s normal to talk about him,” Bigon told Radio Kiss Kiss Napoli.
“Gökhan is our player, he’s been an important player for years and we don’t intend to sell him right now.”
The Swiss international was closely linked with a move to Beşiktaş.
Inler’s contract with Napoli runs out in June 2016.
The 30-year-old central midfielder has spent four years at Napoli since joining in July 2011 from Udinese.
The Swiss international of Turkish descent has scored one goal in 14 appearances for Napoli this season.
