Besiktas will travel to Belgium ahead of their Europa League clash with Club Brugge.
The Black Eagles take on the Blauw-Zwart on Thrusday 12 March at the Jan Breydel stadium. Kick-off is at 18:00 (GMT).
Besiktas will fly to Oostende from the Sabiha Gökçen airport tomorrow morning. Slaven Bilic will hold a pre-match press conference at 17:00 (GMT) tomorrow.
