Besiktas were in a worse position against Liverpool in the return-leg says Olcay Şahan [divider]
Beşiktaş winger Olcay Şahan revealed that his side have nothing to worry about going into the Europa League Last 16 second leg against Club Brugge.
Şahan underlined that losing 2-1 away was not a bad result and that Beşiktaş were in a far tougher situation against Liverpool in the Europa League Round of 32 second leg.
“We lost the first match 2-1 but we are actually in a stronger position going into the second-leg then we were against Liverpool,” Şahan told Eurosport TR.

“I believe we will book a place in the next round.”
Beşiktaş lost the first leg against Liverpool at Anfield 1-0 but managed to knock the Reds out of the competition in the second leg on penalties.
The Black Eagles have an away goal against Club Brugge which could prove to be important in the second leg.
Beşiktaş would secure a place in the quarter-finals with a 1-0 over Club Brugge.
The Turkish giants have yet to lose a European game at home this season including games against Liverpool, Tottenham and Arsenal.
