Beşiktaş beat Bursaspor 3-2 at the Atatürk Olympic stadium to move back into 1st place in the Süper Lig.
Slaven Bilic admitted that he will be expecting a similar performance from his team against Liverpool in the Europa League Round of 32 on Thursday 19 February 2015.
“Today, I am proud of all of them. We hope to repeat this performance against Liverpool,” Bilic told the official Beşiktaş website.
Cedric Babakmbu gave Bursaspor an early lead however, Demba Ba equalised soon after.
Beşiktaş had to wait until 87 minutes to eventually take the lead. Gökhan Töre scored a superb goal which looked to be the winner however, 19-year-old Ozan Tufan equalised just minutes later.
There was yet still more drama as Beşiktaş were awarded a penalty in the third minute of additional time. Demba Ba scored from the penalty spot to record his 22nd goal of the season.
Beşiktaş are currently first in the Süper Lig on 47 points after 21 games this season.
