Beşiktaş manager Slaven Bilic has stated that he is not leaving the club and that he has grown closely attached to the Black Eagles.
“I cannot see myself managing another team in Turkey, I am a Beşiktaş fan, I love the club, the fans, everything about it,” Bilic told Fanatik.
The Croatian manager also underlined that his side are still very much in the title race despite dropping into third place.
“We are in the title race, there is still eight games left and anything can happen,” he added.
Beşiktaş are currently in third place, three points behind league leaders Galatasaray.
The Black Eagles take on Kasımpaşa next in the mini Istanbul derby on the weekend.
The Turkish giants have won the league title 13 times in the past but have not lifted the title since 2008.
Beşiktaş are yet to win the Süper Lig under the command of Slaven Bilic. The Eagles have not won any silverware under the management of Bilic.
