Beşiktaş manager Slaven Bilic admitted that he wants his side to clinch first place in Europa League Group C.

The Black Eagles will move into first place with a win against Tottenham.

“We are in good form and have a string of good results,” Bilic said.

“Today we will play a big club from one of the best leagues in the world, this will not be an easy game and we will have to perform to the best of our capabilities.

“Both sides have guaranteed qualification so this is not a life or death situation for either club but it is still very important that we clinch the first spot.”

Bilic revealed that his side will be without the likes of Demba Ba, Mustafa Pektemek and Atiba Hutchinson but that they cannot make any excuses.

“We have a number of missing players and a very tough fixture list. Injuries, suspensions and fatigue will take its toll on the team but we are doing our best,” Bilic said.

“We do not have a place we can call home right now, the fixture list has not been kind to us, there are many problems of course but this is football.

“I just hope we get a lot of support from our fans, that would give the boys a huge boost.”
