Bayer Leverkusen are preparing a €9 million offer from Bayern Munich’s centre-back Dante according to Bild.

The German newspaper states that Leverkusen are after a new centre-back following the long term injury to Omer Toprak.

Bild also state that Leverkusen are planning to offer the Brazilian defender €4 million per season.

Galatasaray have recently been linked with Dante as they look for a centre-back to bolster their options in defence.

Manchester United have also been linked with a move for the 31-year-old according to the Daily Express.

However, the Brazilian international has recently stated that he wants to remain at the Bundesliga Champions.

“[I see my future] with FC Bayern,” Dante told the official Bundesliga website (via Talksport).

“I’ve been playing here for three years now and I know every single day how fortunate I am to be able to play for such a big club. I enjoy every day here.

The 31-year-old has made 39 appearances for Bayern Munich in all competitions last season and has 14 international caps with Brazil.
