Galatasaray striker Burak Yılmaz revealed that he finds watching football on television very stressful.

“It is really hard watching football on television, I did not play against Bursaspor or Eskişehirspor but I probably suffered more stress than the players just by watching it,” Yılmaz told Hürriyet.

Yılmaz is currently out injured and has missed the Lions last two games.

The Turkish international has a total of 13 goals for the Lions this season including 11 Süper Lig goals making him the third highest scoring player in the league after Oscar Cardozo (12) and Fernandao (13).

Yılmaz has scored a total of 63 goals over the course of two and a half seasons for Galatasaray since joining as Süper Lig goal king from Trabzonspor.

The prolific striker has returned to training however, may be rested for the Lions Turkish Cup Last 16 games against Konyaspor on Thursday.

Yılmaz is however, expected to start for Galatasaray against Balıkesirspor on the weekend.

Galatasaray are currently in 3rd place with 42 points after 19 games this season.
