Bursaspor manager: ‘Our aim was to be in the top four’

Bursaspor manager Şenol Güneş has said that his side are performing below his own expectations.
The experienced manager wants to go into the winter break in the top four.
“Trabzonspor are a strong team with quality footballers,” Gunes stated at a pre-match press conference.
‘They are above us in the league, but we can overtake them with a victory.
“We need to make up for some unexpected defeats this season.
Gunes also spoke about his sides performance in the league this season.
“We have been steadily improving since the start of the season however, we are not happy with our current league position.
“Our aim was to be in the top four. Had we beaten Karabuk we would have been on course.”
Bursaspor host Trabzonspor at the Bursa Atatürk Stadium on Sunday at 14:00 GMT.
