Bursaspor prepare bids for Josue and Fernandao [divider]
Bursaspor will try to sign Joseu and Fernandao on permanent moves over the winter transfer window.
Josue is currently on loan at Bursaspor from Porto and has established himself as a first team player with two assists and one goal in eight appearances this season.
Bursaspor president Recep Bölükbaşı recently confirmed the clubs efforts to extend Josue’s stay at the club.
“We wanted to sign him on a permanent deal at the start of the season but couldn’t agree with Porto,” Bölükbaşı said.
“It is still early days but we want to try again and complete the transfer of Josue in January.”
Josue rose through the Porto youth ranks before joining Paços Ferreira in 2011 and then returning to the Portuguese giants in 2013 on a four-year deal.
Brazilian forward Fernandao is on loan from Atlético Paranaense and has scored six goals and provided one assist already this season.
