Bursaspor prepare for cup clash with Başakşehir

Bursaspor have started preparations for their Ziraat Turkish Cup clash against Istanbul Basaksehir on Wednesday February 11.
The Green Crocodiles go into the game in good spirits following their 3-1 victory over Genclerbirligi on Sunday.
Bursaspor moved into fourth place on 36 points following the win. The Crocs have scored more goals than any other side in the league this season (39).

Senol Gunes’ side qualified from Group C in the Turkish Cup in first place with three wins and three draws in six games. Bursaspor scored 14 goals and conceded five during the group stages.
İstanbul Başakşehir qualified from Group D in second place behind Karabukspor following two wins, three draws and a defeat.
Abdulla Avci’s side have conceded the least amount of goals in the league (12) and sit in fifth place, one point behind Bursaspor.
