Chelsea in talks with European giants president over Germany international

during the Chelsea Press Conference at Stamford Bridge on May 1, 2013 in London, England.

Besiktas president Fikret Orman has travelled to London to hold talks with Chelsea director Marina Granovskay over the transfer of Marko Marin according to Fotomac.

Per the source, Orman is interested in a number of Chelsea fringe players including Marin, Papy Djilobodji and Loic Remy.

Orman will discuss ongoing joint ventures between the two clubs as well as make as open talks over the transfer of the players.

Marin is no stranger to Turkey having played on loan for Trabzonspor last season.

The experienced winger was one of 26 players to be loaned out by Chelsea when he joined Trabzonspor this summer. The Blues also loaned out Kenneth Omeruo to fellow Super League club Kasimpasa.

Marin joined Chelsea on a £7 million move from Werder Bremen back in 2012 but has made just 16 appearances.

The 26-year-old struggled to settle in and was subsequently loaned out to Anderlecht, Fiorentina, Sevilla and most recently Trabzonspor.

Besiktas won the league title and will be able to offer guaranteed Champions League group stage football this season.
