Chelsea prepare £15 million move for Galatasaray target Oumar Niasse

The former Akhisar Belediyespor striker Oumar Niasse has been linked with a move to the Premier League by the Guardian newspaper.

The report states that the Blues are monitoring the Senegalise international and are preparing a move for the striker in January.

The Guardian go onto state that both Manchester United and Tottenham are also interested in Niasse.

Galatasaray held talks with Lokomotiv Moscow over the summer and are still in the race to sign the 25-year-old according to HaberTurk.

Niasse is familiar with the Süper Lig, having first made a name for himself in Turkey before moving to Russia from Akhisar at the start of this season for €5 million.

The Lokomotiv striker has 12 goals and 10 assists in all competitions for the Russian giants this season.

Niasse has helped the club to third place in the league, five points behind the leaders, CSKA Moscow.
