Adam Lallana

Emre Can has rejoined his Liverpool teammates as they prepare for the International Championship Cup clash against Chelsea at the Rose Bowl tomorrow.

Can is expected to feature at some stage although he is not likely to start considering he only returned to training after a lengthy break a few days ago.

The Germany intentional of Turkish origin had an extensive break due to his Euro 2016 duties.

Reds summer signings Loris Karius, Marko Grujic and Sadio Mane could all start but Joel Matip and Lucas Leiva are out injured.

Liverpool’s injury crisis has been mounting up and Tiago Ilori, Joe Gomez as well as Mamadou Sakho are also sidelined.

Lazar Markovic who spent last season on loan at Fenerbahce could get playing time despite being linked with a summer move while Alberto Moreno, Philippe Coutinho, Roberto Firmino and Danny Ings could all feature.

Recently appointed Chelsea boss Antonio Conte meanwhile may give his summer signings N’Golo Kante and Michy Batshuayi some playing time.
