Chelsea fullback Filipe Luis has admitted he is forwards to facing former teammate Arda Turan when Brazil take on Turkey on Wednesday 12 November.
“I am excited about playing against my former teammate Arda Turan,” Luis said.
“It won’t be an easy game.
“Turkey have some good players and will be tough to play against.”
Luis and Turan played together at Atletico Madrid and helped guide the Rojiblancos to their first La Liga title in 18 years.
Atleti also made the Champions League final which they lost against rivals Real Madrid.
Luis and Turan are still good friends and the Chelsea fullback often visits Turkey on holiday.
The 29-year-old is expected to receive a warm reception following his flag stint. Luis celebrated Atleti winning the La Liga title draped in a Turkish flag last season.
Luis shared a picture on Instagram training before the game and is expected to start against Turkey.
