Juventus fullback Isla has turned down an offer from Beşiktaş according to NTV Spor.
The Black Eagles are reported to have made an enquiry for the former QPR right-back but the Chilean international turned down entering negotiations.
Isla spent last season on loan from Juventus at Premier League outfit QPR providing two assists in 27 appearances.
The 27-year-old right-back is currently on international duty with Chile at the Copa America. The hots are first in Group A on seven points after three games.
Beşiktaş want to strength their fullback position over the summer transfer window in particular their right-back role.
Serdar Kurtuluş and Ismail Köybaşı are currently the only first choice right-backs at the club.
Köybaşı spent move of the season out injured leaving central midfielders Atiba Hutchinson and Necip Uysal to fill the void when Kurtuluş was suspended or injured.
The Black Eagles finished the Süper Lig in third place and booked a place in the Europa League group stages.
