Diego Ribas is expected to make a return to the Fenerbahce starting XI for this weekends game against Çaykur Rizespor.
The Brazilian play-maker will fill in for Emre Belözoğlu who suffered an injury in Fenerbahce’s 2-0 victory over rivals Besiktas.
Manager Ismail Kartal held a meeting with Diego who was disappointed to be left out of both the Galatasaray and Besiktas derby games in recent weeks.
The 29-year-old signed with Fenerbahce in the summer but the Brazilian international has failed to cement his place in the starting XI.
The former Atletico Madrid play-maker has made six appearances however is yet to register an assist or goal for his new side.
Diego was part of the Atletico Madrid side which won the Spanish League and reached the UEFA Champions League final last season.
