Diego Simeone admits that Atletico Madrid ‘wants more’ [divider]
Atletico Madrid manager Diego Simeone has admitted that he is delighted to be in the Champions League quarter-finals but admitted that he wants more.
“The team works very hard and always wants more. It’s very difficult to be among the eight best European teams two years in a row for a side like Atlético,” Simeone told the official UEFA website.

Atleti knocked Bayer Leverkusen out of the Last 16 on penalties to progress to the next round for the second season running.
The La Liga champions reached the final of the Champions League last season but ended up losing out on lifting the trophy to rivals Real Madrid.
Turkish international Arda Turan started for the Rojiblancos and was awarded the Man of the Match award by AS.
Turan has three goals and six assists in all competitions for Atleti this season.
Bayer Leverkusen’s Turkish internationals Hakan Çalhanoğlu and Ömer Toprak had a game to forget. Both missed their spot kicks in the shoot out.
