Emre Can calls on Liverpool to show consistency

Liverpool midfielder Emre Can has called for his side to show consistency following their 1-0 victory over Stoke City in the League Cup.

The Red’s have won three of their last four games by a 1-0 scoreline however, were defeated 2-0 by West Ham United in the Premier League last weekend.

The 21-year-old uploaded a picture to Instagram of Liverpool celebrating Jordan Ibe’s goal against Stoke along with the following caption, “Good win, but we have to keep it up #ynwa #liverpool.”

Can played the full 90 minutes in Liverpool’s 1-0 win over Stoke City in the first leg of the Semi Final’s in the League Cup.

The Germany international started the game in central midfield but had to move into defence for the final minutes of the game following a hamstring injury to Kolo Toure.

Jordon Ibe scored the games only goal in the 37th minute. Stoke were unable to draw level despite creating chances in the second half.
