Emre Can plays full 90 minutes for Liverpool in exciting 5-4 win

Emre Can played the full 90 minutes in Liverpool’s exciting 5-4 win over Norwich City in The Premier League earlier today.

Liverpool looked set to record a comfortable victory when Roberto Firmino put the ball into the back of the net earlier on in the game. Norwich however, struck back with goals from Mbokani and Naismith to give them a 2-1 lead going into the break.

Wes Hoolahan  increased the lead to two goals when he scored from the penalty spot in the 53rd minute. Liverpool looked down and out until Jordan Henderson struck back two minutes later to make the score 3-2.

Firmirno levelled the score ten minutes after while James Milner gave the Red’s the lead in the 75th.

The excitement continued well into injury time when Bassong thought he rescued a point with his 90+2 minute goal. However, it was Adam Lallana who had the last say when he drilled the ball into the back of the net in the 90+5 minute.

Liverpool moved up to eighth place following todays victory.
